✨S E L F – A W A R E N E S S✨

There is always a moment in time that wakes us up. That gives us an energetic slap in the face. That says “Stop treating yourself like that!”

My moment was when I was changing careers. Moving from the corporate IT world into the fitness world.

I don’t remember what I said, but I’m pretty sure I was putting myself down. Because my work colleague quite firmly said, “Stop it. Stop saying that. You’re going to be great.”🔥

I honestly felt the sting on my face. I was kind of in shock. But then, in that moment, I became Self-Aware. Well, a little anyway. I think it was more, “I’m aware of that I’m unaware.”

I’m always grateful for that moment of uncomfortable Truth. I do believe it helped my awakening. Like breaking a spell. 🙏

I’m sharing this with you because meditation is a wonderful way to cultivate Self-Awareness.

And, it’s so much more gentle than a stern talking to.  I believe it’s another way to break the spell of “being unaware”.✨

This is why my Self-Love meditations are all about connecting you to your Body. Through your breath. Through your senses. Through your cells. ❤️

They are a beautiful gentle way to cultivate a loving compassionate aware relationship with you and your Body. They are a way of helping you awaken your awareness of Self.  And, help you to listen deeply to the wisdom that your Body is sharing with you every single day.

And when we are Self-Aware, we are more empowered to make conscious choices that are aligned with our Soul-Truth and Heart’s desires.

Give yourself space to receive and wake up to your Truth. 🙏
