Deep Rest Meditations are the perfect way for you to receive nourishment, stillness and support that brings deep rest and balance to your Body.

Each session includes space for you to share your “why”, an intuitively guided meditation just for you, and time after for checking-in.  One and a half hours of deep relaxation, rest and rejuvenation.

It’s the perfect combination to “fill your cup” so you have the energy to move through your week feeling clear and empowered.

The intention of each session is for you to leave the meditation feeling lighter, with a renewed sense of Self and a deeper intuitive connection with your Body.

 To lean in from a place of gentleness and compassion, giving our Body permission to be still and relaxed.  From this place of stillness, meditation opens up communication pathways with our Body’s innate wisdom, giving us space to let go of stress, align with our creativity and passion, and listen to our wise inner voice.

This in turn cultivates Self-Awareness, which empowers us to make conscious choices that inspire positive love-filled change from the inside out.  Change that is aligned with the Truth of who we are; with our Soul’s passions, desires and purpose.

I truly believe we all have the power to create change from the inside out and meditation is a wonderful way to support this.
