I cannot recommend Jane’s mini-retreat enough. The first time I went to one of her 3hr retreats I was completely burnt out from lockdown at home with two young boys. I’d been trying to work and run a business while playing school teacher and I was utterly exhausted and ready to break. I needed time to recharge and let go of all the feelings I’d been bottling up. Honestly, her session was amazing. I left feeling so calm and peaceful. I felt relaxed and like myself for the first time in months. Unbelievably, that calm lasted me for 3 weeks after the session. Jane’s an absolute magician at what she does. I don’t know how she does it, but her gift of peace was something that helped me immensely. If you’re on the fence about going, take the leap, I promise you won’t regret it.

Jane is a passionate meditation teacher and energy practitioner who loves to guide people into their Bodies to cultivate Self-Love, live life intuitively, and feel deeply connected to their authentic selves.
